What if my model uploaded successfully, but cannot be printed?

Even though we draw on over 30 years of experience in 3D printing, we are still looking for ways to improve the quality of our prints and services. It will still sometimes be the case that your model cannot be printed in the material you selected.

It's possible that you could hit the limitation of a certain technology and that we know from past experience that it will fail to print anyway (e.g. a thin wireframe model in ProtoGen White).

Or you might have missed some of the design guidelines that need to be respected in order for your model to print successfully.

In both cases, we will provide you with detailed information on the issue and offer you alternatives to choose from.
