How can I cancel a recently placed order?

You can cancel a recently placed order by directly replying to your order confirmation email. If printing has not yet started, then our Customer Service team can cancel your order. 

Please note that our automated systems process orders quickly, so the time window before printing has started and when we can still accept cancellations is very short.
